I'm starting this blog to try and spread a little happiness – if the internet can start revolutions surely there is room for a little happiness too?
So why “eat bananas be happy”? – well, did you ever see a sad monkey?
Apparently bananas are very high in potassium which helps to relax your nervous system – so if you are stressed or hyper, eating
bananas can help to balance you out.
And if that doesn’t work you can always try to eat them sideways.
